Mumbai --- The Mumbai police will issue summons to Channel 4, a foreign television news channel, for telecasting the interrogation of Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab by the police at Nair Hospital on 27/11.
According to the police, in April, the special court conducting the trial in the case had passed orders preventing the media from carrying the interrogation reports. "The court has prohibited the media from printing or airing any reports on the evidence or witnesses of the 26/11 case. Revealing such crucial information will jeopardise the interest of prosecution," said joint commissioner of police (crime) Rakesh Maria. "We are sending summons to the channel's southwest office and will initiate action against the channel."
