BANGLADESH: New talk show highlighting women's views on politics

18-episode show will feature women in different professions

Highlighting the upcoming general election an 18-episode talk show planned by eminent cultural activist Sara Zaker titled GrammenPhone Nari O Rajniti will be aired today at 5:30pm. The talk show features renowned personalities from different fields including culture, healthcare, legal system, education and media.

In the course of the programme, the female participants from different professions will share their experiences related to the country's constitution, national women development policies, politics, law and order situation and other important issues.

The show will feature Professor Meghna Guhathakurta, advocate Shirin Sharmin Chowdhury, Dr Nazmun Nahar, anthropologist Rehnuma Ahmed, editor of Ananya Tasmima Hossain, Selina Hossain, Lubna Mariam and others.

The show is jointly hosted by Sara Zaker and Dr Zarina Rahman Khan. Mosharaf Khan Badal is the director of the show made under the banner of Ddhoni-chitra Ltd.
